enrolled and not deferring the maximum amount or not taking advantage of their company match (if
applicable).
After the workshop you should be able to:
• Understand the benefits of enrolling in your workplace savings plan
• Learn the steps to enroll in your plan
• Estimate how much to save for retirement
• Recognize the benefits of increasing your contributions
